Bratenahl Place is a gated property with an entrance gatehouse that is attended 24 hours/7 days per week. The security staff is professionally trained and conducts ongoing security sweeps of the entire property.

There is underground heated parking available to residents.  2 free spaces are allotted to each unit with the exception of One bedroom units in One Bratenahl Place, which include one free parking space. If a residence represents two units combined, then 4 spaces are allocated.

Security available for emergencies. Pool open until dusk and beyond. Lit until 1:00 am. The pool also has a bath house for your convenience and enjoyment.
